Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® concentric double shaft agitator is composed of a high speed disperser and a scraper mixer or a frame mixer which are mounted coaxially. Each mixer is driven by a motor separately and the speed is adjustable by an inverter. It is suitable for mixing and dispersion of various materials such as PVC pastes, emulsion paints, etc. The disperser generates axial flows and disperses powders into fluids while the mixer with scrapers stirs the materials radially and scrapes off the materials from the wall of the mixing tank. Vacuum equipment for simultaneous vacuum processing and a hydraulic discharge press for discharge or finished products are supplied as an option. The dosing system for solid materials and liquid materials and the filling machine for packing of final products are available as an option.

● Integration of saw-tooth shaped dispersing disc and frame mixer with scraper
● Frame mixer with scraper can sweep the materials from interior of mixing tank
● High efficiency of dispersion and dissolution of liquid-solid materials
● Material of wetted parts: S.S.304/S.S.420/Chrome plated #45 steel
● Mixing head is lifetable by hydraulic cylinder.

A:All our machines have been tested and have passed the quality inspection before delivery. Most of our products are delivered in modules or as an entirety. It is easy to reassemble the machines according to our instruction and fix them with expansion bolts onto the foundation in the user's workshop.
