Introduction:
●TRANSOCEAN® water based paint filling machine is composed of the buffer tank, filling unit, powered conveyor, bucket lid pressing unit, load cell, weighing indicator and control cabinet. It is suitable for gravimetric packing of water-based paints and alike with open buckets.
Features:
●Measuring mode of filled product: by load cell and weighing indicator
●The height of the filling nozzle and the lid press can be adjusted according to the container to fill.
After the automatic filling is completed, the bucket lid is put onto the top of the bucket and the bucket is pushed to the beginning of the powered conveyor by hand. Then the container is transferred to the capping station and the capping is completed automatically.
●TRANSOCEAN® water based paint filling machine is suitable for filling and capping of open buckets and flat lids of various shapes, specifications and materials.
