Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® thinner filling machine is composed of a filling unit and a capping unit, which is suitable for quantitative packaging of liquid materials such as thinners, thickeners, solvents, emulsions, and varnishes. Empty containers are manually placed in the filling station, and the filling unit automatically conducts quantitative filling. Then the filled barrels are sent to the capping station manually or automatically by the powered conveyor, and capped by the pneumatic capping device. Finally, the finished products are output by the conveyor.

●Control method: METTLER TOLEDO load cell + GM load display
●The submersible filling nozzle is adopted. The filling nozzle dives into the filling container to prevent the material from splashing during the filling process. After the filling is completed, the filling nozzle is automatically raised above the barrel to remove the barrel.
●The material of the filling nozzle can be SS304, SS316, or Teflon according to the material characteristics.
●The height of the filling nozzle can be adjusted according to the size of the packing container to adapt to containers of various shapes and specifications.
●Capping is done by the operator with the pneumatic capping tool.
●The capping mold can be customized according to the cylinder cap.
