Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® emulsion paint filling machine is suitable for quantitative filling of emulsion paint (also called latex paint), PU coating, building glue, lubricating oil, etc.. The emulsion paint filling machine is composed of the automatic filling unit, powered conveyor and capping unit. Empty buckets are loaded onto the weighing platform of filling unit for filling. The filling process is controlled by the photoelectric sensors, PLC and weighing controller. Up to 20 recipes can be stored in the controller for recall. Full buckets after filling will be conveyed to the capping unit. Lids will be automatically put on top of buckets and sealed on the capping station. At last finished products will be output via the roller conveyor and collected by hand. Automatic bucket machine is available as an option for automatic bucket separation and bucket feeding. Automatic stacker is available as an option for automatic pillarization of finished products.

●The filling process is divided into two stages: fast feeding and slow feeding. The filling speed is guaranteed under the premise of ensuring the filling accuracy.
●When the deviation between the actual filling quantity and the set value exceeds the allowable error, the error alarm will sound an alarm.
