Automatic Filling And Sealing System For Plastic Tubes

Introduction:

TRANSOCEAN^® automatic filling and sealing system for plastic tubes consists of a quantitative filling unit and a tube sealing unit. The empty tubes stored in the storage tank slide by gravity into the tube tooling one by one. The tube tooling rotates 90° to load the empty tube into the tube holder. The tube is then transferred to the orienting station by the rotary indexing table and then is turned by the stepping motor until the recognition zone on the tube is detected by the photoelectric sensor. After that the tube is sent to the filling station by the rotary indexing table. The filling unit is controlled by a photoelectric switch and a cylinder, which doesn’t work when the tube is absent. A metering plunger is used for the quantitative filling. The filling quantity can be adjusted with the metering adjustment screw rod and the filling speed is adjustable. The end of the tube is tightly sealed by a hot air gun & electric copper blocks or by an ultrasonic sealer. In order to prevent overheating during the heating process by the hot air gun, the machine is specially equipped with a chiller to control the heating temperature. The system can automatically complete all the operations i.e. tube loading, orientating, filling, sealing, production date & production batch number imprinting, tail trimming, and finished product discharging. For feeding of materials with poor fluidity, a screw loader can be installed at the hopper. The shell of the system and the parts directly contacting the materials are made of quality stainless steel. There is an anti-static visual shield around the equipment, which is convenient for observation and operation.
