Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® hydraulic lifting high shear emulsifier is used for emulsification & homogenizing of liquid-liquid and mixing & dispersing of liquid-solid to obtain a uniform emulsions. The materials in the tiny gap between rotor and stator are subject to the combination of shearing, centrifugal squeeze, friction, impact, tearing and turbulence generated by strong momentum resulting from high velocity and high frequency mechanical effect of rotor. The vacuum system for simultaneous de-aeration to upgrade the quality of products is supplied as an option.
Applications:
● TRANSOCEAN® hydraulic lifting high shear emulsifier is widely used as a high speed mixer for wet mixing, dispersing, emulsification and homogenizing of various pastes, suspensions and creams in the industries such as paint, oil ink, lubricant, food, pharmacy, pesticide, detergent, cosmetics and alike.

● The rotor and stator are made of forge pieces which are precisely processed in CNC processing center.
● Material of wetted parts are made of S.S.304/S.S.316L/S.S.321
● Various shapes of emulsifying heads are available as an option.
