TRANSOCEAN® Twin shaft dispersing mixer is composed of a high speed disperser and a scraper mixer or a frame mixer which are mounted coaxially. Each mixer is driven by a motor separately and the speed is adjustable by an inverter. It is suitable for mixing and dispersion of various materials such as PVC pastes, emulsion paints, etc. The disperser generates axial flows and disperses powders into fluids while the mixer with scrapers stirs the materials radially and scrapes off the materials from the wall of the mixing tank. Vacuum equipment for simultaneous vacuum processing and a hydraulic discharge press for discharge or finished products are supplied as an option. The dosing system for solid materials and liquid materials and the filling machine for packing of final products are available as an option.
