3. After cleaning the equipment, add some lubricating oil to the lubrication part of the equipment to prevent the main shaft and cylinder from rusting.
4. After the used equipment and materials are processed, the equipment should be cleaned to facilitate the next material processing and ensure that the equipment will not be blocked;
5. Regularly check the easily damaged parts of the grinder, such as oil seals and bearings. , If it is found to be worn, it should be replaced and repaired immediately;
6. The use of sand mill equipment is maintained once a year, and the AC contactor is maintained once half a year and replaced appropriately;
7. If the electrical action of the thermal relay stops due to overload, the "reset" button in the thermal relay should be pressed to continue the operation;
8. When you do not need to use the sand mill equipment for a long time, you should turn off the switch of the equipment and cut off the power supply, so as to save energy while the equipment is good.
