Introduction
Hydraulic discharge presses are applicable for discharge of highly viscous products from a cylindrical vessel in the case that the product can't flow freely or be discharged by gravity. The hydraulic discharge presses are indispensible equipment to discharge the finished products from the working vessel of planetary mixers and multi-shaft agitators alike. With the help of the hydraulic discharge extruders, products can be easily transferred to automatic filling machines for packing with containers. Mostly the hydraulic extruder is composed of a steel rack & base, a circular press with an O-ring, a double acting hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic power pack, a hydraulic gauge, hydraulic tubes and a control panel. Semi-automatic/ automatic volumetric/ gravimetric filling machines are supplied as an option for collecting and packing the products.

Precautions
1. Regularly maintain the hydraulic system (such as replacing hydraulic oil and cleaning filter elements) to prevent oil contamination and valve wear;
2. Before operation, check whether the mold is firmly installed to avoid falling off under pressure and causing safety accidents;
3. Safety protection devices (such as protective covers and emergency stop buttons) must be equipped during high-pressure operations to ensure the safety of operators.
