Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® Hydraulic Discharge Extruders(also called Hydraulic Discharge Presses)are designed for discharging and conveying high-viscosity or thixotropic materials such as sealants, adhesives, and greases. The extruder is composed of a frame, hydraulic cylinder, pressure disc, drum fixing device, hydraulic station, accumulator, and electrical control system. It can operate as a standalone unit or in a dual-unit parallel configuration to ensure continuous operation, especially when paired with TRANSOCEAN® filling packaging machines.
Features
● Easy Installation: TRANSOCEAN® Hydraulic Discharge Extruder can be placed on a level foundation for quick setup.
● Simple Operation: The hydraulic discharge process can be started after adding HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil to the hydraulic station, connecting the electrical wiring, and locking the material drum with the clamp.
● Energy Efficiency: The accumulator stores energy during operation, allowing the hydraulic motor to pause when the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator reaches the set value, thus saving energy.
● Continuous Operation: Dual-unit parallel operation ensures uninterrupted material discharge and facilitates continuous operation of the downstream filling packaging machines.

● Customers are advised to provide the contents and viscosity of the materials to process.
● For special materials, a standard barrel containing at least 100L of the material is required for testing.
