Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® pneumatic packing machines for valve bag are suitable for quantitative packing of powder and aggregate (≤5mm) mixtures with a moisture content of less than 5% in a valve bag. The materials in the silo on top of the packing machine are driven by low-pressure airflow through the special filter mesh to the valve bag. The material feeding speed is controlled by adjusting the valve at the discharge port. The packing process is controlled by the control system complete with the open state touch screen, weighing controller and load cell. A dust collector is available as an option.
Applications:
TRANSOCEAN® Pneumatic packing machines for valve bag are applicable for packing of various granular, powdery and broken flake materials with poor fluidity such as dry mortar (special mortar), industrial micropowder products, pigments, compound fertilizer, chemical products, compound fertilizer, flour and food additives, etc..

●Automatic bag insertion, automatic filling, automatic sealing and automatic bag unloading output devices are integrated and installed in a closed rack for easy installation and commissioning.
