Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® water-soluble fertilizer filling machines are gravimetric packing equipment specially designed for packing of liquid water-soluble fertilizers, agrochemicals and corrosive liquids alike. In view of the corrosive nature of the products, the material contact parts of the filling machines are all made of SS316L, and the equipment shell and conveying roller are made of SS304. The whole machines are designed and produced in accordance with GMP sanitary standards.
Work flow
●Put the entire stack of empty buckets into the bucket loading station by hand.
●The empty buckets are separated by the dividing device automatically and then sent to the labeling station.
●Labeled buckets are automatically delivered at the filling station.
●Filled containers are automatically passed on to the capping station.
●Sealed pails are transferred to the pallet station.
●Finished pallets are moved away by forklift.
