Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® volumetric filling and capping machine is composed of volumetric filling unit, capping unit and control cabinet, which is suitable for volumetric filling of various liquid materials. The plunger of the volumetric filling unit is driven by a cylinder to perform linear reciprocating motion. In each filling cycle, when the plunger moves backward, the cylinder draws the set volume of liquid material from the feed side; when the piston moves forward, the valve at the discharge end opens to discharge the material to complete a filling process. The full bucket is maunually moved to the capping station. Turn the capping handle to perform capping and then turn it in reverse to raise the capping plate and release the full bucket for output.

●The filling speed can be regulated by adjusting the air flow rate of the cylinder (2, 3).
●A disc type capping device or a pneumatic capping device is optional to seal the container.
●Automatic conveying devices, labeling devices, coding devices, etc. is optional to meet individual needs.
