Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® semi-automatic gravimetric filling capping machine consists of a frame, an operation platform, an operation box, a filling unit and a capping unit. It is suitable for quantitative filling of paints, adhesives, curing agents, inks and other fluids.
Operation procedures
●Start automatic filling after turning on the power supply and gas source.
●Manually place the empty drum on the weighing filling platform
●Automatically filling
●Move the full drum to the capping platform by hand, manually place the drum cap onto top of the drum, and turn the capping handle to perform the capping. After capping is completed, reversely turn the gland handle to raise the saeling plate.
●Collect the finished buckets by hands.

Features
●The SS304 buffer silo with float level switch automatically replenishes materials according to filling needs. The buffer silo can effectively alleviate the interference of the pulse of the feed pump to the load cell and ensure the measurement accuracy.
●METTLER TOLEDO load cells and GM load controllers jointly control filling start, filling process and filling stop. Only when the weighing and filling platform detects an empty barrel that meets the set tare value will it start filling, and when the actual filling value reaches the target value it will automatically stop filling. Up to 20 recipes can be stored in the weighing controller to be recalled at any time during the filling process.
●Cap placing manually and cap sealing by cylinder-driven disc can be applied to flat caps of various specifications.
