●TRANSOCEAN® jerry can filling capping machines are designed for automatic filling and capping of jerry cans and stacking buckets in the production of ethanol, methanol, acetone, toluene, xylene, detergent, etc. It consists of empty container conveyor, filling unit, capping unit, and full container conveyor. The line ends with the product collection table where the full containers are collected and are stacked onto pallets. The semi-automatic film wrapping unit is available as option for wrapping the pallets with film.

Features
●Submersible filling nozzles are adopted to prevent material from splashing during the filling process
●Safety covers with transparent glass doors are supplied for the filling unit and the capping unit, which can not only ensure the safety of the operator but also monitor the operation of the equipment at any time.
●The operator only needs to place the empty buckets on the infeed conveyor and put the caps in the cap silo. Both filling and capping processes are done automatically by the jerry can filling and capping machine.
