ØIntroduction

lThe TRANSOCEAN® emulsion filling machine is a gravimetric filling machine specially designed for chemical emulsions. In view of the generally corrosive characteristics of emulsions, the material contact parts of this filling machine are all made of SS304 or SS316L materials, and the equipment shell and conveying rollers are made of SS304 materials. TRANSOCEAN® emulsion filling machine is suitable for quantitative packaging of liquid materials such as acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, vinyl acetate-acrylate copolymer emulsion, surfactants, concentrated washing liquid, dispersants, wetting agents, defoamers, coalescents, bactericides, thickeners and antifreeze. Cartridge capping and capping can be done manually or automatically.
