Description

TRANSOCEAN^® automatic servo filling machine consists of a bottle unscrambler, self-cleaning plunger filling machine, capping machine, foil sealer, labling machine and laser printer (optional). It is suitable for volumetric packing of various materials with different viscosities, and is widely used in daily chemical, food, agrochemical, and other industries.

Flow chart:

Bottle unscrambling→Filling→capping→foil sealing→labling→laser printing (optional)

Features:

●Accurate measurement

The servo control system is used to ensure the high precision of the piston movement stroke.

●Variable speed filling

●When the actual filling value approaches the target value, it shifts to variable filling to prevent the liquid from overflowing.

●Easy to adjust

To change filling specifications, just reset the parameters on the touch screen. Filling nozzles can be replaced at a time.

●Convenient cleaning and maintenance:

The whole machine adopts anti-leakage treatment, the cylinder tube and pipeline are connected by quick connectors, and the servo de-cylinder system is adopted, which is convenient and quick to clean and maintain.
