Introduction
TRANSOCEAN ® automatic sealant filling machine are specialized quantitatively packing equipment for various pastes, greases, sealants and alike with plastic cartridges or aluminum cartridges. The automatic sealant filling machine consist of a rack, cartridge feeding mechanism, cap feeding mechanism, filling unit, messy cutting device, capping unit, HMI, and electric control cabinet. It can automatically complete processes such as quantitative filling and capping. With the HMI it is simple and convenient to operate. For materials with high viscosity and poor fluidity an extruder is available as an option to feed the sealant filling machine. The coder for printing of batch No. and production date is available as option.
