Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® asphalt packing machines are specially designed for the packaging of high temperature fluids such as asphalt, oxidized asphalt, modified asphalt and alike. Transocean® asphalt packing machine consists of a roller conveyor for bags, an insulated material feeding unit, an insulated material buffer silo, an insulated filling unit, an ultrasonic sealing unit for bags, a finished product output conveyor belt, frameworks and a control system complete with instruments.
Applications
●TRANSOCEAN® asphalt packing machine is applicable for gravimetric filling of high temperature fluids such as asphalt, oxidized asphalt, modified asphalt and alike with 25KG/40KG/50KG bags.
Features
●The unfolded fusible bags in supporting steel buckets are transferred by conveyor rollers from the bag loading port to the filling station.
●Insulated filling nozzles and insulated material feeding pipes are supplied to ensure heat preservation of the asphalt to pack.
●Asphalt is packed with fusible bags which can be melted together with asphalt at the use site.
●Mettler Toledo load cell and GM controller are adopted to conduct quantitative filling.
●The filling nozzles are equipped with a quick filling valve and a slow filling valve to ensure filling speed and filling accuracy.
●The photoelectric sensor and the weighing controller are used to jointly control the start of the filling nozzles. The nozzles don’t start until there are packaging bags & supporting steel buckets that meet the set weight range on the filling platform under the filling nozzle.
●Filled asphalt bags are passed on to the sealing station and be sealed by the ultrasonic sealing device.
●Finished asphalt bags in steel buckets are conveyed to the download platform by conveyor rollers and then are transferred to collecting station by the belt conveyor.
